Burchett Elementary will reach an exemplary status and become a leader in learning communities through our integration of instructional/management strategies in all classrooms.
Goal for the year: Make finding solutions our highest priority every day!
At Burchett Elementary, we believe:
Success for each student must be founded on a strong, respectful relationship between teacher and student.
A strong home-school relationship must be encouraged in order to help ensure success for each student.
Engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences must be in place for EACH student in EACH classroom, EVERYDAY.
The continual building of professional learning communities will promote an environment in which all of our students, faculty, and staff can be successful.
A safe, inviting, non-threatening learning environment WILL BE provided for ALL students, personnel, and parents where they are treated with dignity and respect.
