NEW SCHOOL START AND END TIME FOR 2013-2014
Clark Elementary Start and End Time: 8:00am-3:15pm
The Spring Independent School District will be implementing new school start and end times for the upcoming 2013-14 school year and beyond. The decision was based on a study conducted by a district school start time committee and results of a parent survey that focused on what would be best for students.

Students will be in class by 8:00 a.m. daily.
The tardy rate will be 0%.
All students will be in standardized dress daily.
Students will demonstrate mastery of all required assessments at the 90th percentile or higher.
