Spring ISD will use the early release day this Wednesday, April 27 and the inclement weather day on Friday, May 27 to help cover the instructional time lost due to recent flooding. Students and staff should plan for a full day of school on April 27. The last day of school for both students and teachers is Friday, May 27.
Spring ISD Parents Invited to Attend a Special Education Visioning Session May 19 HOUSTON - May 11, 2016 -Spring ISD’s Office of Academics has planned two sessions for district parents and families to review, share input and provide feedback on the new vision and mission of the district’s special education program. The sessions are planned for Thursday, May 19 at the former North Harris County Family YMCA, 17125 Ella Blvd., Houston, TX 77090, and parents can select between a daytime session scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and an evening session scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Both sessions are set to last about 90 minutes. The district will provide Spanish translation services. No RSVP is required to attend.
