Child's Certified Birth Certificate Child's Social Security Card Child's Immunizations Proof of Residency (current water, gas or electric bill) Parent Identification Card **Student's must be 5 years of age or older on or before September 1, 2014 to register**


Winship Attendance Goal - 98% attendance

First Nine Weeks - 97.7% average attendance
